So you can fill your positions with the highest quality workers in a flash. JobFlash is multi-lingual, interactive, and available 24/7. It can be your competitive advantage in attracting, screening and hiring the right worker by phone.

Employers use JobFlash by either forwarding their current hotline to a JobFlash hotline account setup for them or by simply using the JobFlash hotline itself. So candidates calling their hotline or 866-Job-Flash can submit their job interest and qualifications by phone.

Service Implementation

When you are ready to try JobFlash, we will set your company up so that you can post your jobs to the JobFlash phone system and manage the resumes you receive. We will work with you to define the right questions to ask for your company and for each job title.

There is no software or hardware to install and we can have you up and running within a week.

Once you are set up, you can then forward your current job hotline to the JobFlash number if you have one, or simply inform potential candidates that your jobs can be found by calling the JobFlash number.
