Voice or Web

English or Spanish
- Whether by phone or web, candidates
choose the language that they prefer. (The
manager’s screen always indicates the language
selected.)

Register
- The candidate signs up once with
JobFlash using their phone number and creates
a personal account & profile
- Candidate’s can quickly sign
back in to check status, schedule interviews, hear
new postings, submit for additional jobs, and update
their contact information.
- They can register to receive job
alerts for matching openings.
Profile
- In their Profile, the candidate
provides answers to standard questions about their
job and wage preferences, availability, education
and experience before listening
to job openings.
Current Postings
- Candidates hear current openings
and their requirements
- They may select a job to submit their
information for. At the employer’s option,
they may submit to additional different job titles
within any 90-day period.
- If the employer permits, the candidate
may choose a job that is not currently open
and submit their interests for future openings when
they arise, hence building
resume bank.
Employer’s Custom Questions
- After the candidate selects a job
to submit for, an additional set of questions is
fully customized by the employer.
- JobFlash confirms that the candidate
meets any minimum posting requirements,
and if not, politely informs the candidate.
- Custom Job-Specific Questions (“JSQs”)
may be asked based on the job title
chosen
- Standard Company Questions are asked
of everyone submitting to the employer.
- On phone submissions, “Essay”
questions may be recorded so that managers can
listen to how the candidate articulates.
- Work History information for the
last 3 jobs, including employer, position, duties,
dates and reason for leaving may be recorded.
- Social Security Number may be captured.
JobMail Box™
- JobFlash’s unique JobMail Box
allows candidates to call back and hear status on
their submissions, respond to interview requests,
and check on new job openings.
They can also update their contact information and
profile.
