The JobFlash HR Manager Suite

This web-based suite enables an HR office to administer the recruiting process.

Admin

  • HR Management designates which company staff gets access to the system and
    what level of permissions each person enjoys.
  • The catalog of available job titles is completely customizable for each property
    and department.
  • Designate customized Job-Specific Questions (“JSQs”) for each job title, which
    may optionally be used to qualify a candidate for an automatic interview.
  • Specify the exact wording desired for company welcome, candidate status and
    other messages.

Job Posting

  • Designated managers can post a job by going online in three quick steps that take
    60 seconds. Each opening can be customized in 60 seconds to reflect the
    disqualifiers and qualifications for that opening such that only full qualified
    candidates are scheduled for an appointment.
  • The opening is posted instantly to both the telephone and the web system.
  • If candidates do not meet essential minimum requirements, they may be politely
    notified at time of submission or asked to select another position.
  • Managers optionally specify how many candidates they need and the posting will
    be suspended when that number is received.
  • Managers may manually suspend, reactivate or close the posting at anytime.
  • Posting information contains company level questions, job related questions and
    Talking Resume questions that candidates may answer by speaking.

Review Resumes

  • All resumes submitted by phone or online can be accessed either through Review
    Job Postings screen or through Search Resume Bank.
  • Managers view all open jobs and access submitted resumes from one easy screen.
  • Managers view and hear resumes, update their status with a click, file and rate
    candidates, and conclude hiring.
  • Managers can make notes on candidates, file a candidate into another position and
    update that status, email the resume to someone outside of JobFlash user base.
  • Department managers may be granted restricted access to see resumes without
    changing their statuses.
  • Status updates are interactive and once updated the candidate is sent the status
    automatically by JobFlash through their JobMail box or via email. Hence
    managers no longer have to be responsible for giving statuses to candidates.

Resume Bank

  • All resumes received are accessible through a power search screen. Managers can
    be as specific or as generic in their search and use over 20 search criteria.
  • Candidates’ interest in future openings may be automatically collected and filed,
    ready to quickly respond to new openings.

Reports

  • Four comprehensive standard reports are available that include Sourcing Report,
    Time to Fill, Resume Status, Resume to Hire report. Up to 4 more custom reports
    may be requested by the customer.

Printable Application

  • Managers can print out pre-filled application, if they chose to do so. The
    application is already populated with the data collected on the phone or on the
    web so the candidate has to enter very little information manually.

Interview Appointment Scheduling Suite

  • This powerful integrated suite offers all of the functionality needed to automate
    your interview scheduling. Calendar can be set per person, per office or per title.
  • Specify criteria to schedule the most qualified candidates right on the first call.
  • Manually mark other candidates for appointments and JobFlash will call them for
    you! Candidates can reschedule their appointments on their own using JobFlash.
  • Eliminate telephone tag – just designate timeslots on your own interview
    calendar, and JobFlash does the rest.
  • Leverage your Resume Bank – since JobFlash is making the calls for you,
    resumes don’t become stale as quickly
  • Candidates can call back at anytime to hear directions and interview instructions
    again, reschedule or cancel their appointment.
  • Comprehensive reporting on call response and successful completion

Interview Calendar

  • Managers may setup their calendar weekly, monthly, annually with varying times
    and schedules. The management of calendar is available to the managers.
    Calendars may be setup using positions, hiring managers or other criteria.
    Candidates who come for the interview are then updated to various statuses using
    the Calendar screen.

EEO Automation

  • JobFlash can collect and submit EEO information with legal compliance.

Job Requisitions

  • Department managers may request new hires through JobFlash. Subject to HR
    approval, these openings can be automatically posted to the voice and web.

Kiosk Support

  • When candidates arrive for their initial appointment, they can answer additional
    questions or enter any additional information needed at any web browser/PC at
    the hiring location.

Export to HRIS / ATS / Other Systems

  • Information collected by JobFlash is available for export in a standard format to
    other systems such as Human Resources Information/Management Systems,
    Applicant Tracking Systems, or other company software.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit

  • This module automates proactive pre-screening to identify candidates who likely
    qualify for attractive wage tax credits via the federal WOTC program.

Custom Reports

  • Any number of custom reports to facilitate analysis.
