Udhe Ahluwalia
Co-founder, CEO
Udhe is a veteran of pioneering
new technology solutions and applying them to create efficient markets.
His background includes successful roles as CEO, CTO, and VP
Engineering with various startups as well as Fortune 500 organizations.
His leadership has enabled uniting leading technologies of speech
recognition and VXML to deliver a completely hosted turnkey service.
Udhe launched his entrepreneurial career when he co-founded GetSmart,
which pioneered mortgage shopping on the Internet. Udhe was CTO of
GetSmart, which was acquired by Providian. Udhe then co-founded
Done.com where he served as CEO and CTO.
Before launching into his
entrepreneurial efforts, Udhe was Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank,
CIO at Pure Software and Manager at Nortel. He holds a Masters Degree
in Structural Engineering from the University of Pune, India.

Jadhav

Marketing Officer
Reena Jadhav is an entrepreneur
driven by a passion to bring new technologies to mainstream consumers.
Her startup experiences include working at leading wireless and speech
technology companies. She has served as VP Consulting of Mobile
Insights and consulted with various startups in the capacity of Product
Marketing. Prior to co-founding JobFlash, she co-founded Done.com, an
award winning wireless messaging and CRM startup. At Done.com she was
lead product marketing and business development. Her career also
includes product management at Oracle Corporation, consulting at Boston
Consulting Group and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Reena graduated
summa-cum-laude from Wharton Business School and has an MBA from
Harvard Business School.
Neil Shea
VP Operations
Neil Shea brings 18 years of
Silicon Valley experience in a variety of
product management, web application development and technical
operations
capacities. Prior to JobFlash he served as Senior Director of Commerce
Applications for UrbanMedia. Neil has also co-founded an internet
engineering boutique and sold it to GetSmart where he took on the role
of
Engineering Director through the sale the company to Providian. Before
that
he consulted and organized training in software internationalization
for
clients including Compaq, Broderbund and Autodesk, and previous to
that,
Neil led various product lines at SuperMac Technologies for six years
from
its early startup days through successful IPO.
Neil holds a bachelors in
Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an executive MBA from Santa
Clara University

John specializes in corporate
and securities law, representing emerging growth technology companies
and venture capital firms. His practice includes venture capital

start-up companies. John's clients include Alidian Networks, Cielo
Communications, Coremetrics, Crimson Microsystems, EndoTex, Fusient
Media Ventures, Mediabolic, NeoPhotonics, Nanogram, OnStation and USGI
Medical.
John graduated from Stanford
University with honors and distinction in 1988. Prior to law school he
served as Senior Legislative Assistant to U.S. Congressman Tom
Campbell, specializing in environmental issues and foreign affairs. He
received his J.D. with honors in 1994 from the University of Chicago
Law School, where he served on the Managing Board of Editors of the
University of Chicago Law Review.
John grew up in Colorado
and currently lives in the Bay Area.
